Thus, the most frequently appearing countries were considered. I fully agree with Cornfed. To claim a relationship between more cosmetic surgery available in a certain country = more beautiful women is insane.

USA is the No. 3 of beautiful women in the world - has this person writing such nonsense ever been in USA?

I am not against cosmetic surgery, if there is also some medical benefit about it - for example strabismus surgery will improve not only your looks, but also your vision, nose related surgery will often improve your way of breathing, knee alignment will also reduce pain during walking, dental work will improve not only your look, but will help you to eat easier compared if teeth are missing, dermatology is helpful to remove moles and warts from your face and body which might change into skin cancer or ulcers, but is also improving also your looks and so on.

Cosmetic surgery makes sometimes sense, but for sure not always.

To pay a lot of money spendig it for useless surgery - to have a big butt or something like that - for what should this be good for? To fill up the wallets of medical doctors? You will be more beautiful after filling your behind with botox? Du you really believe that?

Also keep in mind, any surgery has some risk with it, many times successful, but not always...

Better use your money for something else.
