Are there three types of women and cities the one are best for long-term dating, for casual and for sugar?

Guys, I think the problem is that many PUA considers a city as "Good" for dating if it caters to "Long term relationships" hence any city that is not good for this type of relationship is considered bad. The same with women.

However I have realized that some cities and women are better for different purposes.

Best cities for Long Term relationships: This one's are the most popular and coming from the USA most people being Christian/religious they are looking for "monogamous girlfriend" and eventually a wife.

Example: Warsaw, Poland. This is what I've heard from guys online that Poland was their country of choice for finding the "Long Term relationships"


Best Cities for casual dating/hooking up: This tend to be cities with women who are very "sexually liberated" and are looking for mini-relationships.

Example: Paris, France. At least the French women seems to be down to hook up if they like you. Meanwhile, women from other countries seem like they aren't that open.

Best Cities for Sugar Dating: This is about Sugar Dating, but could include alls forms P4P, like brothels, escorts, massage parlors.

Example: Barcelona, Spain. I heard that Barcelona is difficult for dating, however, I heard it has a great p4p scene. You can even bang porn stars for a affordable price.
