I have noticed that the women who absolutely hate wearing skirts are the ones who make the worst girlfriends. I don't know why this is, but I find it interesting that most women my age (I'm 27) in the United States will wear a skirt maybe once a year if that, and the few good American women I know are also coincidentally the ones who like wearing skirts. As can be expected, competition for these skirt wearers is off the chart.

Here in Mexico it's the same story: most Mexican women like wearing skirts and are good women, but I know a few who wear skirts once a year and they are the ones to avoid. I have no good explanation for this phenomenon.

My fiancee loves wearing skirts and surprisingly pantyhose too (a garment which for some reason American women stopped wearing around the year 2000 and now say that they are for "old ladies" despite the fact that they make any woman's legs look sexy).

I agree with this. Feminine women love wearing skirts. The non-feminine women are the ones that don't like them and are not pleasant or sweet to be around.

Skirts also look hot and sexy. If I were a woman, I'd love wearing them. Why not? Who wouldn't want to look good and use that to their advantage? It'd be insane to waste your looks like that if you have them.

If I'm correct, it wasn't a particular fashion designer who made them go out of style; rather it was Sarah Jessica Parker in an episode of Sex and the City (the worst TV show ever) saying that pantyhose were for old ladies.

Also pay attention to what they LIKE to wear.

So many young women in California now sport ridiculously short shorts to achieve that "promiscuous suburban girl" look, even though short shorts don't actually look good. Either the legs have a repulsive marshmallow hue to them or a fake tan - in either case they look disgusting.

Men and women in Mexico almost never wear shorts even when it's over 100 degrees F or 40 degrees C. American women feel the need to show a ridiculous amount of skin, whereas Mexican women wear usually cover up much more with form-fitting clothes, which look much more attractive than tiny strips of skin-flaunting "clothing."

While I see where you're coming from, I tend to disagree.

Yes, skirts are feminine and pretty, but it will probably also mean she won't have much in common with the average man. She will be interested in things like makeup, shopping, etc.

So what is the upside of women who don't like skirts?

- They often like video games
- Interest in computers, technology
- Possible interest in science
- More adventurous
- More interested in sex

Basically they prefer doing similar things to men. Women who are less feminine usually also have more testosterone than the average woman, so this means they are more desiring of sex.

So it comes down to this. What would you rather? Something pretty and feminine to look at, or a woman who is happy to play a video game with you, do fun adventurous things (not worried about breaking a nail), and want more sex? Personally i'd sacrifice the skirt for the latter.
