Women - Always confident and in control?

Why female are always in control, always in command, and are so confident in personal relationships with their male counterpart?

And even go one step further to play victimhood, in addition to this command position, in some battles with men?

Are there any secrets that we men don’t yet to figure out and so remain in unfavorable, being controlled position?

What do you guys think or any comments from female?
