Its all part of the "game" as they call it in the west . Gf-BF, getting Dumped, ONS are all western concepts. Earlier, it was just one women for life, once you start loving her, even when there are disagreements, both MUST come back to each other. There was no turning away once you loved a women.

The problem is they never tell you - How to deal with being Dumped in PUA seminars, Hollywood and Oprah - They want you to take Meds for all issues.

Do not Ignore it - Do not take Medication which is what the society want - depression, loneliness are very real emotion that needs to be dealt with NOT IGNORED.

Sorry but you would never want to hear this - but its the best medication for you which the Doc won't ever prescribe -

Suffer through it. There is no other way but to Suffer the misery of being Dumped - You need to take it all in and be a Man - at the end you will come out much stronger. Don't worry, you won't be lonely for much longer and will never go through the same cycle again once you learn how to master it. good luck
