Here is a good video by Sandman describing Plenty of Fish and online dating.

I made it through about half the video til where he goes off on a tangent about casinos. He makes some valid points about online dating, but using POF to search foreign countries is actually worthwhile. POF USA is probably just for hooking up.

But I always say be cautious about guys posting this stuff in anonymity. Because with SOME of these guys if you spend 5 minutes with them you'll figure out exactly what their real problems are (if you know what I'm saying).

For sites like POF you need to put good photos on there. Let the others do the no shirt bathroom selfies. Get some help with the photos. Be well dressed. Have a few well dressed people in them with you. Get them taken from a good seat at an event or someplace nice. Think then write a couple paragraphs.

And you don't have to drive a 100k car. You know women are into green cars. Hell even a squirky new subaru could do the trick with many of them. Be unique, independent, and look like a guy with at least some means.

You also gotta have a pad. I personally believe in ownership. If you have a job there are government insured loans that can help if you don't have a big down payment.

But yea if you are struggling financially AND in the looks department women will weed you out. If you look really good they will overlook your financial shortfalls.

I suspect the guy in the video was below average looking and wasn't making much money. Or he simply put no effort into his profile.

I could write about this forever. You have to tell these girls what's up. You tell them the plan. Don't ask or beg. If she can't make time for you Friday night it's because she has decided to see some other guy that night. Go radio silent if she plays games and half the time she'll wonder why you lost interest.

But POF USA is just for fun not for "love" IMO.

Ok I got a little further in the video. He is talking about what I was saying about tell the women. But then he goes into asking about what they like to eat, asking for address, etc.

I don't want some random girl knowing my address, so I can't blame a chick for noting wanting to be picked up there the 1st time. I would suggest picking some place popular and telling her to meet you there. And then just like the guys in sales will tell you... confirm your "appointment".
