Minor compared to the repeal of don't ask, don't tell. But that the White House commented tells how decadent the culture is.

White House comment:

"We view that as another example of the progress that has been made and the evolution that has been taking place in this country."

See, this is an example of Newspeak. It's completely backwards. Lack of sexual restraint is progress and sterilization is evolution.
