The link is on top. I think this is stupid. It's like that woman in NYC who complained about catcalling and posted a youtube a clip that went viral. Not sure what happened to her. But catcalling being fined? I don't catcall but I seen other guys do it...almost all the time they just say something and move on. The thing that surprise me is that this is in South America...feminism is everywhere..

Re: Argentina law makers proposing to fine catcalling
I saw a video with one of the higher ups in the gov in Argentina and he gave Americans a warning. He said you are next for a currency collapse so convert all your paper into something real so at least you have something of value.
He was basically saying the Money Masters have already won so get used to it your times due America..

The video started then froze a few seconds in.
But this sounds like an unreasonable law. Let's suppose one of you single guys gets a girl's phone number. Then she gives her phone to her cat. You try to call her, but the cat answers. Then what? You go to jail? You can control of the cat answers the phone. You aren't trying to cat call.
Nyuk nyuk nyuk.
I had a Spanish teacher who was Cuban, and she said Cuban women, when they are young and attractive and walk down the street, the guys sitting there make comments about. 'Que pollo' ("What cooked chicken." Apparently 'What a hen" would be an insult.) If no man say stuff like that, the girl might feel bad about herself.
I had another Spanish teacher in high school who was a chubby blond. She said in Spain, bus drivers would honk at her to flirt. They'd go out of their way to do stuff like that. So apparently this stuff may have gone from Spain to Latin America as a big part of their culture.
Personally, I find it tacky. I'm not going to make comments about some woman's body that I don't know. I might do that with my wife if none of my kids are around. But it's bad manners, and I don't care if your whole country does it.
