UK Increasing Wage Boundary to £35K for Migrant Workers

I panicked slightly when I saw this today.

I thought it might affect my wife, but it looks like it'll only affect those who are here on a work visa type thing to start with.

It's still ridiculous and infuriating, though. Every time this government imposes some arbitrary, draconian new law, I wonder if this will be the time they screw my life up. It makes me wonder why I am so subject to the impulses of people I'll never meet or care about.

They don't seem to realise that these things actually affect people's lives.

And £35K? There's not many people outside of London making that at all. It's completely unreasonable.

I wonder, the people who say that we are becoming "overcrowded"... do they have any objections to people giving birth? Same effect, isn't it? If it's such a crime to exist in this country, such a burden, then shouldn't they kill themselves to lessen it?

It's pretty stupid to view resources and space as static measures that are filled by a growing population... production scales with population. By their logic, any country with a larger population than theirs must be struggling to fill jobs, since it's the population size that's clearly the problem.

UK is smoked long time ago, with most of the people still drunk in past glory associated with the colonial era. It is now a cultural wasteland, a neo-nazi haven in some parts, or millionaires' playground in the urban areas. US is next, then Australia and Canada.

Population means more jobs by default, unless controlled by the state. Population control isn't about some crisis. That's just the cover story. Seems like the U.K. is really trying to keep pace with the U.S. for being worst dystopa.

The US system was setup by the CITI, they really left bread crumbs right back to their doorstep even though they tried to sweep them up the best they could.

William F Engdahl wrote a book on how they pass the batons from one nation to another for the lead role then implode it economically and then completely socialize it once they are done. China is getting the baton next along with Russia somewhat if it goes the way originally intended.

They told us in the communist manifesto, they waited for America to invent it then stole it and shipped it off to their dictatorships outside the US.

The money system is what has allowed this to happen but at the same time most cannot see this so how can a democratic society possibly work long term ? humanity if screwed and it is not our rulers fault but the inability of the herd to reason as a collective.
