Challenge to municipal gun control

So SCOTUS has agreed to hear a challenge to the constitutionality of New York City’s restrictions of firearms. Now obviously these restrictions are unconstitutional, but with large subhuman populations might they not be necessary? Really you would want to bundle the case another declaring white men to be the only real American citizens. Constitutions don’t work in the multicult.
