SCOTUS is an appellate court, meaning you have to lose in a lower court and appeal the decision to get there. I'm sure the administration and the court are well aware of time constraints.

You mean it will be like in the movies where the judges will receive a hint like "You know you have a beautiful family. You wouldn't want anything to happen to them would you? You get my drift? They are in on it and just lying, or else are incredibly stupid.

I would also imagine whoever did this election rigging was told by people high up that they'd be protected and shielded from prosecution and given some type of guarantee. Otherwise they wouldn't participate in it because no one wants to go to jail just to get some money. If so this means that people high up may have been involved, such as CIA and black ops and central banking cartel. Maybe even the Rothschilds. Maybe even an alliance of conspirators like in the JFK assassination.

The judges in the courts are probably given the hint that these perpetrators are untouchable and warned that should they try to prosecute them, a convenient accident will happen to them or their families. They may have even been visited by so called "men in black" too. That's how things work in a very corrupt and controlled society.

Of course a full investigation should eventually be conducted, but it is important not to lose sight of the forest for the trees. Rather than try to determine vote by vote how the fraud happened, Trump and his supporters should realise that it is statistically unassailable that fraud by whatever means did happen and move against the traitors.
