Did anyone else cringe when hearing about Romney's "Binders Full of Women" statement from last night's pres. debate? I think that Romney unintentionally or Freudianly reinforced the stereotype of mail order brides :(.

I wonder where is the equality ? If you have 2 equally qualified people, a man and a woman, and you choose the woman because of some obscure reason (workforce diversity, feminist propaganda, whatever) isn't that illegal ? I mean I would be pretty pissed off if I was that guy.
