It sounds like the main point of her speech is that women don't enjoy equal rights because men don't get involved in feminism enough. She says that, unfortunately, the word "feminism" has become an unpopular word and is often synonymous with man hating. She says that's really a miunderstanding and that feminism by definition means gender equality. She repeats the myth about the gender pay gap a few times. She gets a standing ovation at the end.

We are never going to live in a world where men and women get paid the same. Women take more career breaks and are less likely to be workaholics than men. Why would we expect them to be paid the same amount? We're never going to live a world where there are as many female politicians and female CEOs. Fewer women are willing to put in the necessary 50-60 hours a week to become very successful in those fields. People like Emma Watson will always have something to whine about.
