As for Congressional approval, it seems the president can use war powers to over-ride congress on many things. Did you see Edward Snowden's interview where he brings this up I believe?

Anyway, I would prefer you point out times when you edit my posts. But that's up to you. Sometimes I go back and edit them but other times I just leave them alone. When I type off the top of my head, my writing tends to have some errors which get missed if I don't go back and correct.

Don't take it too seriously that I noticed that one (or maybe two) typos or mistakes Mr. Winston Accuracy Wu. I suspected spell check issue with what I pointed out too. Just winding you up a bit. You need to be distracted from flat earth and Taiwan girls (ok sorry don't take it seriously).

On a side note. Perhaps you can post more about your researched views on global warming. That's a more interesting topic since it often seems to be on one of the front burners of the lib crowd these days.
