This is more confirmation that if you try to do anything good in the West you just can't win in the end. There are two possibilities. One is that the banksters bribed people to get rid of him. The other is that parasitical members of the organisation got rid of him so they could loot the accumulated money. Either way, that is the end of Veritas. It provided some funny moments.
