I saw a documentary on the BBC about China neo-colonialism in Africa. Ironic to hear the British complain about colonialism in Africa. It's the "white man's burden" all over again, the Anglo-American Empire must protect Africa from China. We can't have the Chinese doing to Africa what the European and Americans did.
