There is plenty of hateful literature from radical feminists against ALL men existing, even in libraries available. What about that?

In general, all laws have to be gender-neutral. You cannot create a law which is solely applicable to protect only females against males.
Extreme misogyny will be treated as a form of extremism under new government plans, the Home Office has said.
How do you define 'extreme misogyny'?

It remains the question, what is 'extreme misogyny' -

For example, if I make frequently online-comments about 'how to stay away from Western malicious pro-feminist women, and offer as best solution to ignore all women - just to ignore them totally - say good morning when entering your office, say good-bye when going home - and refrain totally from any private conversation, dating etc. or explain a possible solution might be to look for a foreign wife and to move away from countries like USA, UK, Europe, etc. because you cannot find any female partner who fits you - is this extreme misogyny?

There are indeed already Western women who complain that men totally ignore them....

This article is however a bit outdated, 5 years ago, but I do not think anything changed to the better for the relationship between men and women.
A new study, due to be published in the journal Organizational Dynamics, has found that, following the #MeToo movement, men are significantly more reluctant to interact with their female colleagues. A few highlights from the research include:

27% of men avoid one-on-one meetings with female co-workers. Yep, that’s right, almost a third of men are terrified to be alone in a room with a woman.

21% of men said they would be reluctant to hire women for a job that would require close interaction (such as business travel).

19% of men would be reluctant to hire an attractive woman.
