Well, all I can say is that you can thank Bush's "No Child Left Behind' and the screwy teachers unions for the sorry state of education in America. It would've been nice if my teachers were willing to help me cheat on my tests when I was in school two decades ago? Better yet, how come my teachers never bothered to sleep with me or other students when I was in school????

American schools were shit long before Bush. It's been a rapid decline since at least the 1960s.
