Last year 44 soldiers were killed in Mindanao and a state of emergency was not called. However, in the recent attack 15 died and a state of emergency is declared. It makes me believe there are other reasons for the state of emergency like a conflict with China.

Good Move..A country will only develop when it breaks away from status quo imposed by the US.

For all these years, US have been "assisting" Philippines and it has gone from worse to dead...lets have a different approach now...
