Someone is going to say these cities are perfectly safe, I won't be going to any of them to find out.

LOL! I see several U.S. cities listed along side such dumpholes as Honduras, Iraq, and MedellÃn, Colombia. That tells you how far this country has fallen!

Eastern Europe cities are way safer than people think. As long as you try to fit in no one will ever bother you.

Generally, yes, but once in a while they flare up in ethnic cleansing Bacchanalias. Then all hell breaks loose. And trying to fit on won't help. They will remember where your family came from 1500 years ago and remind you of that and then either chase you out or kill you.
