A Father's Custody Battle w/his Convicted Murderer Ex-Wife

Holy smokes. You won't believe how shocking this story is on 60 Minutes about an Australian father named Michael Roberts whose American ex-wife, Tracey Richter, tried to kill him, and is now in jail for murdering another guy to try to frame her first husband.

It's a tale that's beyond belief. He and his kids are now trapped in America because his incarcerated ex-wife won't sign the passport forms for her kids. What's even more odd is that the court has ordered him to pay child support to his ex-wife in jail, even though he has custody of the kids. WTF? What's the basis of that?

But....quite frankly....until men choose to HELP ME HELP THEM what, exactly, can I do?

Men will not even post a link to my book into web pages. Even THAT is too much for them to do.

Men DESERVE what is happening to them because they will not help those of us who know what we are doing.

If anyone thinks any different? So what? When men REFUSE to join MBA/CAF and REFUSE to extend the protection of the law to their brothers why should they get the protection of law for themselves.

I have talked to at LEAST 20,000 men but very likely more than 100,000 men.

The ONLY one who said "what can I do to help" was John Rambo. He was the guy who watched your forums and told me you were a good guy and encouraged me to talk to you. I came across your site ages ago and it was "interesting" but I did not have the time to stop and look at what you had to say too much.

John took that time and then "nagged" me to come and have a look for myself....so I spent a couple of hours reading what you had to say...I talked to Bill Greathouse about you....and I gave John my agreement to tell your subs about my forthcoming book.

I decided to participate on your forums for a while because I liked what you had to say and I think you are giving good advice. For whatever it was worth I wanted to endorse what you had to say and are trying to do.

Indeed, our goals are closely aligned. I am committed to getting the world passport to work and starting a global business association for men so that any man can, at any time, get up from where he is and go elsewhere and be able to get a job with another associate who has need of his labour and or skills.

The MBA is the naturally ally of HA. MBA is the enabler, the infrastructure, that is required by HA in ORDER to be able to travel and get work where the man wants to go....to have a support network where ever he lands and not be on his own.

How many HA members joined MBA? None that I know of. So HA members are not that interested in having passports that MUST be observed and are not that interested in creating a global business network such that they CAN go elsewhere with a high level of reliability and expectation of success.

I have done two international relocations. One to Ireland and one to germany. I can tell men that BOTH were VERY expensive. And moving to germany it was ESSENTIAL I had a german speaking colleague.

So when men start joining MBA EN MASS as well as manbook, amanzon, PI services, PO services?

Maybe THEN we can help men like this....but while men REFUSE to join up? What can I do for a man like this? Write him a letter? Duh?!!?

Many hundreds of people will read this post. ALL the men are well advised to join MBA. If we had a decent membership of MBA we might be able to do pro bono services for this man...but I have done USD500,000 in "pro bono" services for men all over the world...they will not even THANK ME for doing so. Men are THAT selfish now...they are WORSE than western women.

No one should donate to legal fees. All lawyers are criminals. We should stop paying them. It only encourages them.

I expect that he will be "in the matrix" and will pursue the option of working INSIDE the legal system. In which case NO ONE can help him.

WHOA! You guys have got to see the Dateline NBC story about Michael Roberts called "Twisted". It's the best Dateline I've ever seen and very suspenseful. It's 90 minutes and has so many twists and turns that it will keep you glued to the edge of your seat! I've never seen such a woman like his ex-wife with so many evil plots. She's portrayed as a hero at the beginning and then becomes the villain and is convicted of first degree murder. This could be made into a very good movie.

Update:

I talked to Michael Roberts by Skype.

He has moved back to Australia, and finally gained custody of his kids, who are with him there. However, the court has still ordered him to pay child support to his ex-wife even though she is in jail for murder for life.

That's weird. Why would he still need to pay child support to his ex-wife after he has the kids and their mother is in jail for life for murder? It doesn't make any sense and defies basic logic. I wonder what the court's rationale was. Michael doesn't seem to know either.

His story is very interesting and gripping. It would make a great movie for sure.
