Wow, how stupid and idiotic have Americans become???????? Without any scientific evidence backing him up, this Texas Congressman is against abortion because he thinks male fetuses can masturbate in the womb. If a fetus can feel pleasure, then it can also feel pain. So that's why the congressman is against abortion. WTF????????????? No wonder the U.S. is going down the toilet fast. The collective IQ of Americans must be getting close to freezing by now.
