Problems in California central valley
A bartender told me this while I was in Guadalajara Mexico:
"If you aren't careful here with the women, you will be married in a week."

how I live my life.

And the capital of California's Alabama would be Stockton aka " sh*thole capital of the San Joaquin Valley"
I used to live there when I went to high school and I can tell you that the city is a mini Detroit thrown in with a little Oakland. Its a cesspool and it reeks of shame and disappointment. There's Nothing but animalistic hoodlums that live off of food stamps and welfare to feed their pot fueled hunger. Though this might be seen everywhere the majority of them reside here. I believe it is the biggest city to ever claim bankruptcy just this past April. I think they qualified for Chapter 9?
Anyhow, with California's supposedly budget surplus of $851 million I don't think Jerry Brown wants to bail the city out. Its like betting on the Washington Nationals going against the San Francisco Giants
City does have a benefit holding a prestigious school UOP ( University of the Pacific ) and I've been on campus and I can certainly say its like its own little protective dome. People are kind and smart. It stands as a separate city within a city. It does have the benefits of agriculture though. A lot of job openings around that field along with Tracy and Merced.
