Singapore bans porn throughout Singapore. However, they have a Red Light District where you can purchase p4p services. I guess a country has to choose between one or the other at very least. If p4p was legalized in the USA, the porn industry would take a massive hit. Unfortunately, that isn't likely to ever happen...

One thing can be said for Porn...it's MUCH safer than p4p. However, I think Singapore has a clever idea. Their goal is likely to keep the people from being over-sexed in their minds by banning porn. You can be arrested for having it in your possession. At the same time, they leave an outlet for p4p in one section of the city. They have some of the safest streets in the world. Women can run at night without being raped. It's night and day safer than the USA. I think that their methods could be one of the reasons why...
