Sure, but only while she's recovering from the previous dirt bag -- and until she finds another one.

I wouldn't accept an abused woman. I don't want to be with a woman with emotional baggage. Also, abused women have problems with self-worth and self-esteem, and usually abused women engage in fornication, alcohol, and have harmful coping mechanisms. They will also likely have health problems later in life.

My question was more along the lines of if there are more abusive men, then would that make foreigners more desirable?

It's like supply and demand. If the supply of men is too low for all women to have a match, then most of the women will want to accept a guy so they won't be alone even if he is abusive. Foreign men would already have a good chance of getting a girlfriend for the supply and demand reason. But assuming there were more abusive boyfriends relative to the percentage in the Western World, then wouldn't it be logical to assume that a gentler American man would be more in demand than if the relative percentage of abusive men were equal in both America and Russia?

There are already oodles of women in Russia who want a foreign BF and this abuse is very common even without this particular example. It's just that because he is a millionaire, it made headlines. It will not significantly increase the number of women interested in you as it is big enough already.
