No, you are not reading correctly. Catalytic converter for the "truck". Catalytic converter is that muffler looking thing on the bottom of the truck.
It contains lot of precious metals such as copper, zinc, iron, etc on it. Thieves just steal the converter in less than 30 seconds, steal several of them, load it in the pick up truck and sell them at a local chop shop for high price. Thieves usually get several thousand dollars per converter.
The police around my area try to crack down on catalytic converter theft.
