Most exhort us to visualize and expect a bright future; this heightens the disillusionment when things turn out badly...a few philosophies emphasize visualizing the worst case scenarios; while this may immunize us to bad outcomes, it calls for a rather gloomy outlook...I visualize nothing, accept reality as it comes and do whatever is in my power to make things better, then let go, let go and relax..........
