This thread has been created to announce all permanent bans and temporary bans on users who violate the basic forum rules repeatedly and ignore warnings. The list will be updated as necessary.

After the first temporary ban, a second strike will result in a permanent ban. Permanent bans can be appealed, but it is up to the discretion and judgment of moderators on whether to undo them. Usually, they will only be undone if there is a good reason or cause to do so.

As per Winston's policy this section was created so that moderators could explain their reason(s) and justification for imposing a warning, temporary or permanent ban on any member.

So, yes we do have the right to know why a ban was applied to any member.

No, I never wanted him banned permanently. You also told me in a PM you were going to impose a 3 day and 7 day ban first before imposing a permanent one.

You still haven't explained your rationale for banning Tsar. Is this something he did off-site? A member can not be banned for an offense that did not occur on this forum.

You fought so ardently for his unbanning previously. Now you've banned him permanently without a word.

I think you owe it to forum members to provide a detailed explanation.

It would be very unfortunate if Voyager1 were banned permanently. While he does seem to have developed an extreme obsession with Tsar lately, he has been a voice of experience and often wisdom on this forum for a long time. He has been on the ground in Ukraine for years, actively dating Ukrainian women and doping out that scene. He is also helpful to other forum members. About seven years ago, before I was fully clued in to the pay-per-letter scam, he did a search and found a John Adams site profile for me on a much less expensive site, though cautioning me that it was probably a scam also. I would have saved about $150 if I'd taken his advice at that time.

We really don't have enough experienced-abroad people weighing in here. Those who are especially should not be cut loose cavalierly.

I've tried being reasonable and fair with this clown for months. Tsar had his ban revoked thanks to my appeal and since has been keeping to the rules Winston laid out for his return. Tsar might have had a temper and exploded at other members in the past, resulting in his ban. But since he's made genuine friends who support him he's been doing much better.

Voyager1 strikes me as a bully and I've asked him countless times to leave Tsar alone. He keeps undermining me because he thinks I don't have the balls to follow through on banning him. At the end of the day trolls and troublemakers shouldn't be tolerated here...

Voyager1 might be a long term user of this forum, but his behaviour is unacceptable and his continuous harassment of another user has to stop. At the end of the day his long term status does not grant him immunity from the forum rules and I won't tolerate his bullshit any longer.

If he comes back after his 7 day ban and leaves Tsar alone and follows rules of the forum then there won't be any issues. But the warning has been given, same as with Mercer and PAG! If he comes back acting like a little dipstick I'll permanently remove him and that's just how it is.

People can say what they want about me. But I haven't done anything against anyone who hasn't deserved it. I've been patient and lenient with this asshole Voyager1 for months. No longer.

Am I supposed to care about your personal opinion? Seems like you and others get a kick out of bullying others and causing petty drama. I can't see why you and Voyager can't just come on here to talk about other stuff. Instead you both only come here to take cheap shots at Tsar. If it wasn't him it would just be someone else. So long as Tsar follows the rules his life is none of your business, nor mine.

I've been here for like a billion years at this point and have only taken issue with Cornfed and Tsar. The former I regard as a lost cause and don't really interact with much, but I have felt it imperative in the past that anyone stumbling across this forum be aware that Tsar is not representative of the average member through replying to his threads

Voyager1 was mildly annoying, but if he kept his mouth shut and not piss off the moderator, he could've lived.

I think Pixel Dude is doing a good job cleaning out the forums.

I definitely understand your dilemma. Voyager1 was nonstop annoying and even attacking cornfed after tsar's gone.
It's hard to play sheriff in the Wild Wild West. Some people like you, some people hates your guts and wants to challenge you.
Your certainly doing a good job. I wish we have mods like you earlier who takes action. In the past, this entire forum was an one giant flame war
after the other. It was a mess. Now it's clean now thanks to you.

Thank you. I really appreciate that. I don't care about the people who hate me or those who wanna talk shit about me being on a power trip or whatever. The truth is if people aren't being disruptive assholes I will just leave them alone, regardless of whether or not I like them personally.

I'm pretty close to giving up... there's just such a neverending wave of juvenile, disruptive trolls, never staying away, always returning, impersonating other long term members, getting into feuds and little pissing matches everywhere. It's tiresome as hell to deal with and I wouldn't blame PD if he decided to throw in the towel at any point. I'm pretty near to the point of leaving, too. It's not worth it.

There is only very very few reasons to stay at this place if you are a bit of a healthy person. Specially if you have to get shit done.

Petty bullshit and trolling is the identity of this forum. If the people would like reason there other forums for that. Even flat earth forums have more reason I guess.

It might be that you are the reason why Tsar left. He might not want a clean forum. It might make him feel uncomfortable.
