How to quit YouTube addiction

I almost exclusively watch YouTube now. I used to watch CNN, MSNBC, CBC, Fox News, etc. but all of these have YouTube channels and they put their most important clips there so I see no point in tuning in to these stations.

I am not interested in dramas anymore. The last movie I watched was Babygirl with Nicole Kidman. There is enough content on YouTube you could probably watch that 24 hours a day and not see it all.
