How Do I Restore Deleted Photos?

I deleted some photos from my recycle bin and I can't find them anymore. There is free photo recovery software I can download but it contains malware. I was just wondering if there's another way I can restore my photos without having to download software? Thanks.

If the deleted files had not been over-written, it's possible. There are numerous free data recovery programs avail, i.e.:

It's possible that freeware stored at 3rd party file sharing sites get hacked with viruses. Some freeware have various adware and plug-in's bundled, which are detected by virus scanners or spyware scanners. In such case it's not a virus per se, but annoying regardless.

There are many programs you can use to recover deleted files and photos that do not have malware. I have several of them and they are all free.

First, do not delete or move any more files. The best time to recover deleted files is right after they are deleted.

Here are the list of free programs I have that can recover deleted files. Just Google them for the sites to download them from.

- Recuva
- Stellar Phoenix

Try using those. They work but you gotta use them right after the accidental deletion.
