Suing people over blacks

It seems you can be sued for anything now, and yet no-one seems to think of suing those responsible for inflicting the scourge of feral blacks on them. It is very strange. For example, various companies imported large amounts of blacks into urban areas during and after WWII as livestock for their factories. Later they closed the factories down and did nothing to remove the large, breeding feral population of blacks they had created. If a farmer just released his livestock into the wild when they became unprofitable and left them to wreak havoc then surely he would be required to make restitution to the victims and remove the pestilential animals, yet these companies have done precisely that and seem to have gotten away with it. Now some municipalities are dealing with the feral black problem, but instead of a real solution they are just palming the problem off on to others by creating habitat for the blacks elsewhere so they are someone else's problem. Why aren't they being sued and made to desist?
