Is the phrase "black people" hate speech?
Is the phrase "black people" hate speech?
This subject came up on a recent podcast. It goes without saying that blacks are a plague and scourge on human society. If you accept that they are dumb animals and no more responsible for their horrible actions than, say, cane toads imported into Australia, then there would be no reason to be especially hateful towards them. It would be just a matter of taking common sense steps to fix the problem. If on the other hand it is insisted that they are in fact shitty humans, that’s when it would make sense to hate them. Therefore, shouldn’t pretending that blacks are human implicit in phrases like “black people” be regarded as a form of hate speech?

Stupid question, I do not consider a talk about skin color/ethnicity/race to be hate speech.
If I look in a mirror, I am white - if my wife looks in a mirror, she will consider herself that she is not white but more into yellow, our children somewhat between.
If a certain group of people looks in a mirror they are black - but a dark skin does not always mean you belong to the black race.
I have met Tamil people in India and Malaysia and people of other ethnic groups in Myanmar and Cambodia and they were so dark - really black - much more into black than some real brown/black race people I met who are Africans.
I don't know why such a talk could be 'hateful'. We all look differently. Different in race, ethnicity, looks, language etc. etc.
Most of us are not born as twins...race, skin color, ethnicity etc. means nothing to me.

This is what you get when people reply to posts they haven't read. Either that or you are just stupid.Yohan wrote: ↑September 22nd, 2018, 8:32 pmIs the phrase "black people" hate speech?

You know as I have stated the thing about it is the modern cultures are the ones who have destroyed the ECO of the planet not blacks, from the planets point of view using tachnology improperly has cut all our throats.
