Jobs with erratic schedules
We all know regular 8-5 jobs lock us into a mind-numbing routine; however, there are a lot of jobs that are even more stressful and mind-numbing, and those are the ones where your schedule is totally unpredictable. Either you're on call, your schedule changes every week, or a combination. At times, employees with erratic work hours will get called in on short notice either to cover someone's shift or because there's a sale. The erratic schedules worsened the social isolation compared to if you work 8-5 five days a week. It's mostly part time workers who have erratic schedules, but now there are a lot of people working full time whose schedules are unpredictable. If you work at a grocery store, a restaurant, or a retail store, your schedule will always be unpredictable, even if you work full time. The worst case scenario is when people are working at places operating 24/7 because they'll be called in at unusual times of the day to be working like 2 in the morning.
The regular 8-5 job is bad enough, but jobs with erratic schedules are even more stressful and really take a toll on peoples' lives.

Indeed. While growing up I used to despise the stereotypical commie union thugs, but after what has happened in the workforce over the last 30 years or so, it appears they may not have been as bad as they seemed at first, second or thirty fourth glance.

Re: Jobs with erratic schedules
Now a majority of the jobs in America are the ones with unpredictable schedules as there have been a scarcity of decent jobs since the recession. At least it was the case the last couple of years.
Re: Jobs with erratic schedules
I have a job right now where my starting time is different three out of five days every week. In addition to this, two days a week I have to work 12 hour days. I also work overnights which really screws up your biological clock. I also have a part time job on the weekends so basically, I have no free time AT ALL!

Re: Jobs with erratic schedules
Crappy jobs are like fat ugly women. They're the only options for most guys when it comes to finding a job and dating in America. But then there are some men who can't even get a crappy job and are completely shut out of the job market. It's just like some men being unable to get any woman, even fat chicks.jamesbond wrote:I have a job right now where my starting time is different three out of five days every week. Ever since my trip to Ciudad Juarez and El Paso TX, I've decided I'm certainly going MGTOW in America.
