Alright, chileanueva has been banned again.

Apparently, he kept sending hostile PM's to people, and got out of hand.

I've banned his email and IP's too, so he won't be back for a while at least.

The trolls are getting worse simply because they can get away with it. It takes a herculean effort on their part to get banned. It's getting to the point where we can't even read normal topics anymore because trolls like chileanueva post their crap in every single thread!

This forum is losing its enjoyability because of this and many of us are on the verge of deserting this place. If you would ban trolls as soon as they show up the trolls wouldn't see this place as a free-for-all troll buffet and the forum would go back to being enjoyable again.

Why are you so gun-shy to ban obvious trolls?

+1. OTOH you have plenty of members who want an open forum where anything goes. And I guess Winston gets pressure from those members to allow anything and anyone.

We need clear policies, good moderation and the will by the owner to back the moderator(s) and stated policies.

I also agree with Outwest. An alternative site would do well!
