How has the US benefitted from the Iraq war?

I stopped talking about Iraq a long time ago because fat lot of good it does me but I read about it and from what I read, it is close to being a failed state. Iraq is not our 51st state and I'd like to know why nearly 4,500 good Americans were killed for not counting the hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqis.

I remember Paul Wolfowitz saying the oil would bring in 50 to 100 billion dollars in revenues but who has that now? China, apparently. So why is the US spending the remainder of the 21st century un-screwing up our situations in the Middle East?

I believe that the following U.S. organizations have benefited from the Iraq War:

1.) The Military-Industrial Congressional Complex
Major Defense Contractors such as Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, Honeywell, Raytheon, General Electric (GE-who also owns NBC and MSNBC news) have made billions from this war. As many as 151 congressmen had invested portfolios in these weapons companies and it provides high-paying/high-tech jobs in their congressional districts.

2.) BIG OIL
ExxonMobil, Chervon, along with British Petroleum (BP), and Shell have huge gotten contracts with Iraqi government. Also HALLIBURTON (both an Oil Giant and defense contractor) made millions from the no-bid
government deals. Not to mention then Vice President Cheney made money from his stock options in the company!!! The MOSUL-HAFIA PIPELINE was rebuilt (from northern Iraq to Israel) with most of the oil being
shipped to CHINA!!!!

3.) Private Contractors/MERCENARIES
Companies such as Blackwater/Xe/Academi, Dyncorp, etc. have profited handsomely from the war.

In addition to protecting the PETRODOLLAR and following the NEOCON/APIC/NWO agenda, there are some EXO-POLITICIAL reasons for the invasion of Iraq. Because this country was also known as the "CRADLE OF CIVILIZATION" it is believed by some that certain elements within the Pentagon and the Intelligence Community wanted to get ARTIFACTS of the ancient Sumerians that were thought had contact with the Anunanki (ANCIENT ALIEN/ASTRONAUT). Also it was believed that an ANCIENT STARGATE was found in Iraq along with the tomb of the giant king Gilgamesh. The Baghdad National Museum was looted in 2003 with the artifacts and historical records of the Sumerian, Babylonian, and Assyrian empires gone!!! But regardless of what the so-called justifications of the ILLEGAL INVASION/OCCUPATION of Iraq, the U.S. taxpayers are left holding the bag of $3-6 TRILLION DOLLARS OF DEBT. Also, over 4,500 U.S. troops have died along with many thousands more are missing limbs, have TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury from IED's), and suffer from severe PTSD. Then we have 1.5 million Iraqis have dead with another 2 million being displaced.
