Why is it ok to say you're a misfit in the world but not in America?

Post by Winston »

Have you ever noticed that on the internet and YouTube, you are only allowed to say that you are a misfit in the whole world, but you are not allowed to say that you are a misfit in America but fit in better abroad? Everyone seems to conform to this for some reason. So it's an unspoken rule. Just like how a comedian is allowed to make fun of men but not of women, they all know that, it's unspoken, so they don't question it and conform to it. Here's one example where a New Age spiritual teacher named Rupert Shira talks about being a misfit in the world.

What if I don't belong in America but feel more at home and connected in other countries? Why am I not allowed to say that? For some reason it's taboo to say that. There's an unspoken rule that if you are a misfit in America then you are a misfit in the whole world, because America is the world. But I found out that that isn't true back in 2002 when I went to Russia and felt more alive than ever because my dating and social life was a million times better there. Same in Europe. Location does matter. But for some reason it's taboo to say that.

Also the American personality and culture are too arrogant, toxic, fake, self-delusional, and a-holish for me and rub me the wrong way, whereas in other countries people are more normal and down to earth. So it's understandable and natural for me to feel this way right?

Americans are subhuman. the average american is a sociopath and basic human decency is celebrated as going above and beyond.

No, I haven't noticed it at all. No one is prohibiting you to say anything on the internet, YouTube, or anywhere else. No one is conforming to anything. It's not an unspoken rule. You are allowed to say whatever you want the way you're saying it now. There are literally thousands of videos on YouTube of American expats bashing the US and praising other countries with millions of comments doing the same thing. The US bashing is all the rage now and you are more than welcome to participate.

You are free to leave the US for good and relinquish your American citizenship. I'll wait right here.

You are allowed to say whatever the fu ck you want, wackjob. There's no unspoken rule. It's all in your sick little mind.

Again, it's not a taboo to say it. There are entire YouTube channels of American expats living in Russia and praising their new home while bashing America. Like Tim Kirby for example.

All that aside, why aren't you in Russia right now? You know, living it up, having lots of fun, and fu cking hot white girls? I'll tell you why. Because no one gives a fu ck about you there anymore. They moved on. They got with the times and they got with the program. You are no longer an exotic young Asian-American tourist with US dollars to them. Your novelty factor had worn out a long time ago. Right now you're just an ugly, short, middle aged, doughy-faced, yellow chink midget and an incel loser, not much different from millions of people from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and other Central Asian countries populating Russia right now. No beautiful, self-respecting young Russian woman is gonna throw herself at you. No Russian people are gonna be interested in being your friends. No one is gonna invite you in their company to join in on the fun or have a deep meaningful conversation with you. Your fun times in Russia are over and you know it. The only Russian "friends" you can have are some alcoholic bums if you buy them a drink. The only Russian women you can have are the prostitutes for money. But then again hookers are much cheaper in Philippines, which is why you have chosen to stay there.

All of those adjectives can also be used to describe YOURSELF.

No, they're not, you lying little bitch. There are plenty of stuck up, standoffish assholes in other countries as well. The Russians are notorious for being nasty, cold, and aggressive towards strangers. The French people refused to talk to my father when he asked for help at the airport because he's an American. The Japanese are famous for being super shy. It's considered rude to even look them straight in the eyes. Don't even get me started on the Chinese and their shitty embarrassing savage behavior. I watched a video of a Dubai driver literally hitting another car from behind on purpose, trying to run it off the road for driving too slowly. So no, not everyone in the world is better than Americans. Not to mention Americans are different depending on what part of the country you're talking about. For instance people in the Midwest and South are much more friendly and approachable than people on the East and West Coast. Then you have to take in account the ethnicity and culture. An East Coast Italian-Americans will differ vastly in their behavior from WASPs in New England.

Have you ever watched TV show called "The Sopranos"? If you have, do you remember an episode where Tony and his guys travel to Italy hoping to reconnect with their roots, but get treated like shit by the locals? Well, this is exactly how these countries are in real life. Locals don't give two fu cks about you. To them you're just another annoying tourist. The only reason they will give you the time of day is your American dollars. That's it.

You can feel whatever the fu ck you want. They're your feelings and you're entitled to them, as long as you realize that your personal feelings are not always objective and they don't always represent reality, but merely a reflection of your own unique life situation and the inner turmoil you have in your heart and soul. Your perception of reality is always subjective. It depends on your individual circumstances, and your feelings are going to reflect that.

Let me put it in a way that your little narrow mind can comprehend. You're feeling like a loser and hating America, feeling depressed and out of place, while being totally alone in some ugly strip mall in Nevada, meanwhile somewhere out there is a young, rich, good looking guy feeling like he is on the top of the world because he's currently busy fu cking two hot young women in his multi-million dollar penthouse in Miami, so the life in America feels pretty good to him. See? Two completely different situations. Two totally different outlooks on life. It's all about your personal life experience that will greatly influence your personal inner feelings, your state of mind, your train of thought, and your view of the world. Period.

America is worse than Somalia, Russia, Angola, Belarus, Algeria, Morroco, DRC, Saudi Arabia.

Because the Jews won't allow him. Every time he tries there's a big hairy fist flying out of the screen towards his fat doughy face. It's an unspoken rule. Why do you think he hates them so much?

I hate mornings.

It's strange that North Korea has such media reports of censorship and propaganda but both you and I can't stand Americans.

Life is full of paradoxes and ironies.

I don't know much on the Midwest, but the West coast is definitely stuckup.

I can't say a 48 hour trip in Washington DC is enough to judge the East coast. I visited DC and Baltimore several months ago.

Winston you're like, what, 50 years old? Tell you what when you die, tell your council members you want to reincarnate somewhere that makes sense. It's hard to tell which country would still exist in 2050 but you definitely won't pick America or Taiwan. Or you can reincarnate in the past but that's some alternative timelines with physics and stuff. I'm guessing you weren't bad enough to meet Bill Gates so you'll get your chance to reincarnate.

Or reincarnate in some futuristic planet like Star Trek, I got some pictures I made with ai.

https://www.deviantart.com/coldgirls1/a ... 1021179589

Though I'm not sure if Asians exist in these other planets.

Winston, consider leaving Taiwan, make Philippines or Russia your retirement home.

You're never returning to America it seems like. Americans just saw you as someone that was there and left. It is definitely suckish that you grew up in San Francisco and Fremont, I guess had you moved to I don't know, Nebraska, Arizona, at age 15, your life could have been so different. Oregon (I suppose Portland or) would have also been better, but you were at Bellingham Washington. I visited Bellingham several months ago, it definitely sucks.
Then again, some people go all the way (cognitive dissonance/fallacy of incomplete evidence).

Eat dates.

The problem is iphones.

You definitely picked the wrong country.

In USA you are allowed to say you prefer to live outside USA, but there are quite a lot of people who have never been outside of USA, consider USA as their 'paradise' and will not even listen to your arguments. - Better to avoid quarrels, remain silent and move over to somewhere else if you want to get out of the States.

Legally, USA will not hold you back if you take your passport and your money and leave, even will allow you to change nationality or accepts dual nationality. The US-passport is fairly good for overseas travel, and the US dollar is accepted everywhere.
But I found out that that isn't true back in 2002 when I went to Russia and felt more alive than ever because my dating and social life was a million times better there. Same in Europe. Location does matter. But for some reason it's taboo to say that.
There is a difference if you are visiting foreign countries as a tourist and return to USA, or if you consider to leave USA for always and settle down in another country - many nice countries are not so nice anymore if you are not a tourist but have to work there for a living as a foreigner.
Also the American personality and culture are too arrogant, toxic, fake, self-delusional, and a-holish for me and rub me the wrong way, whereas in other countries people are more normal and down to earth. So it's understandable and natural for me to feel this way right?
USA has clearly some very serious problems, like missing a general health insurance system for everybody, a high prison population, politically a chaos, legal and medical help very much overpriced, homeless issues, racial issues etc.

In Europe the social system is clearly better, just my opinion. A medical bill will not cause you headache, no health insurance will kick you out because you are getting older or being jobless, your workplace is legally better protecting you against accidents and misuse, nothing to worry about pension rights, also many people look somehow better, as they are in general not so overweight, more disciplined, more careful about clothes, also streets are cleaner etc.

However I can assure you not only in USA, in many countries in Europe the dating scene is also totally broken....
Europe has also communication issues between men and women. Woke culture, feminism... As you know I left Europe decades ago and I am living now as a permanent resident in Japan. I never came back.

About USA, seen in general, it is not the best country in the world, most statistics I have seen are about 150 countries worldwide and USA is holding a position around to be # 25 or so. Not the top position, but still life in USA is better than in many other countries worldwide.

As far as I know, Winston, despite your personal opinion about USA - and despite your travels as a tourist worldwide - you are still US-citizen and still your main address is within USA and most time you live in USA, right?

I wonder why, but I understand out of my own experience that relocation/international/interracial marriage/visa and job permits/local language and so on to another country is not so easy.
