A night of clubbing in the big city=Waste of Time.

I just got to get this off my chest and this is a good place to do it...So my guy friends and I head out clubbing Sunday night for the Easter long weekend...here we are,a good looking crew(all in our late-thirties,early-forties and bodybuilders....please no references to the movie "Pain and Gain"..LOL... anyways,the scene is filled with young hot girls in their twenties all with douchebag boyfriends around their age.And the single hot ones are all walking around with that "permanent frown" like its tatooed on their face or something...wtf.
Anyways,a couple of them came around and grabbed some of our free booze and made some stupid small talk and then buzzed off...In my head all I kept thinking was if this situation was in another country(SE Asia,Latin America etc) we would have had to fight off about fifty girls and the biggest decision would have been which one to bring home...Im actually happy I went out because it reminded me of what a cold,fake,materialistic sub-culture exists in my city at night.I needed it to give me another push to get serious about meeting young hotties from other countries....
Just felt like sharing...hope everyone had a nice Easter.

Going to bars and clubs in English speaking countries is a big waste of time and money. What happens when you to bars and clubs in Anglo countries? You get a few drinks in your system, smoke in your hair and a few attacks to your ego!

Pickup artists say bars and clubs are great places to pick up women. This is just plain wrong and not true at all. The chances of you bringing a girl back home with you is almost non existent. Most guys who say they have had one night stands are either exaggerating or lying.

Most of the time at bars and clubs the men outnumber the women. On top of that, the women in bars and clubs have that 'bitch shield' look on their face.

^^^^^^Some guys do simply have the right mindset for it. Idk how but my brother does. He is a handsome guy in a wanna be thuggish sort of way (baggy jordan clothes, wigger buzz cut). About 5'10" 165 lbs, 26 YO but with 2 kids, uneducated and hops around from job to job. Never has money and likes to talk shit. But everytime he goes to the club he has pics of him making out with some attractive girls and tells me the ones he sleeps with or doesn't. His lay count was at around 30-40ish when he was 24. Not sure what it is now. He is always talking or chatting up girls he has met, very few are unattractive. Granted I'm sure he gets turned down way more times than he succeeds but it doesn't bother him. It really shows what kind of guys women go for, especially in clubs.

I really believe you have to be a certain type of guy depending on the club. If its a hip hop club, you need to be the bad boy thuggish drug dealer type. If its a top scale posh club, young need to be the rich handsome lawyer. A country club you need to be the bad ass redneck with the jacked up truck. There tends to be no medium for simply regular guys or all-around guys.

I don't go out anymore in my own country (UK) unless it is for friends to meet with, forget meeting women there, unless you are a tattoo'd sleeved, chav with a one brain cell and can be controlled by a woman totally.

As you say in Latin or Asian you are a commodity, here you are nothing, so f**k them...

Save the money and travel more regular!

I hate this assumption that clubs and bars are any better in foreign countries.In Brazil it's still a waste of time and a superficial,negative environment where you'll just loose money.In Brazil you'll be 50x more successful meeting women at lounges,the grocery store,church (a lot of fine Brazilian women are religious) or just walking on the beach than you would in a club.Not to mention that Brazil is highly dangerous at night.

Perhaps the club scene in Brazil maybe similar to North America in that respect.I can't say as I haven't been...yet.However it is nice to note that women are much more approachable in day to day life versus where I live.Let's face it,in the end it's probably not a great idea to settle down with a girl who likes the nightlife on a regular basis....so meeting her elsewhere is ideal.

In my opinion nightclubs are designed to separate men from their money.

Nightclubs give the illusion of sex. Women often go free of charge, while the men pay. Men pay to be in the presence of said women. Men buy these women drinks thinking that they might get lucky.

Many nightclubs today have even reduced the size of the dance floor in favor of booths and tables for bottle service. Who's paying for the bottle service? MEN.

Truth is, if you really question yourself how many times have you met a smoking hot girl, gone home with her and had amazing uncomplicated sex all night?

Most guys who make out they score girls constantly are usually full of shit, I know many who everytime I am not out get loads of p***y, yet mysteriously when I go out with them they never do, oh and I ain't that ugly lol

Exactly, Winston has said the same thing. I hear guys say "I have no problems meeting women at bars and clubs and I get lot's of one night stands." Then I say, "let's go out this weekend so I can see how your able to get these girls." The guy then says, "Oh, this weekend I have to do my laundry." Then I say what about next weekend and they make up a bull crap excuse like they have to clean out their garage.

In other words, these guys are bull crapping big time. Studies show, most guys lie about the amount of women they have slept with. They even lie to their best friends.

Man, its so bad these days. I remember in the late 90s going to a club and I was just some dumb ass kid, didn't know how to dress or even trim my damn beard right. lol And yet still had attractive women all over me. NOW days i can go out to a club and I look very much better in more ways than one and I would truly be surprised if i got attention from even just one ugly woman. I'm serious.
