Listen to how lonliness and rejection have driven this guy mad and he thinks the only way to meet a girl is by living in a mental institution. I've got news - he's already in one it's called the USA.

The whole world's gone mad. Today my sister told my that in my niece's school they had a lockdown practice in case a crazy man turns up with an M16 or something.

In my pre-health and safety/welfare era we used to jump out of the train home from school while it was still moving. Oh, I miss slam door trains :(
I was Happier Abroad for a while but Covid killed that off.

Yes a crazy world indeed, specially in the so called developed first world. Ironically, it's in the so called 3rd world that some of our basic freedoms and fondest memories are still possible and available. Some food for thought...

Someone reach out to that guy and get him to this site please!

I like that China is still a man's world. Did you notice the little things, Jacre?

Like the fact that my last Chinese gf's baba was loaded... but spent it all on his girlfriends who weren't his wife.

Or the fact that the Chinese security van guys used to drive up to the bank in Tianhe and guard the van with pump action shotguns.

Or the fact that you can go to the barber shop and...

...well you guys need to go to China and find out :)

Why would Chinese guards need shotguns when the Chinese are disarmed? Don't laws solve every problem, so no-one would need guns in a disarmed country? Like there was no alcohol in the 1920s USA.

I can't wait until I go to a Chinese barber shop...

I have reached out to him, but he's too sick to travel (with depression, etc.) and he's totally broke & on welfare so he can't go overseas. But I hope his life gets better!

Loner, who suffers from Clinical Depression, Acute Social Anxiety and Fear Disorders.
I think these conditions don't apply to the majority of Western men.

By definition, a true "loner" shouldn't be complaining about loneliness. :?
A loner is a person who avoids or does not actively seek human interaction or prefers to be alone.

Men don't have the luxury of waiting for/expecting someone to just come along and make their life better; gotta get out there and make things happen.

The ones with a big platform at the rear, and a pole to grab? I remember those, thanks, nice memory.

Yep that ones, only the platform is actually not too big. They were only a few left, usually for heritage reasons and were roaming the more central streets, usually so locked in traffic it would be easier to walk the walk than hop on and off :) Anyway, yes they were a nice memory.

It is true we are sterilising our future generations of any seeds that could bear a healthy insanity. I weep for the future of rock...without genuine dissent they'll all end up sounding like Justin Bieber...

Yeah, I suspect the Japanese make better rock music than America or Britain now, but of course it'll never have the influence.

I feel for this guy, and I left a very sound comment on the YouTube link:
All_That_Is_Man (via YouTube) wrote:"It's 2013. Waiting for the modern-day female to acquire humane traits like empathy, acceptance, morals, and logic is outdated and unproductive. Stop waiting for a girlfriend to fall in your lap. Modern-day women are just not great people to begin with. Waiting for all your problems to vanish by the arrival of a girlfriend is outdated, brother."

+1

This is the challenge we face.

There IS a place where Love dwells... but it is WITHIN YOU.

The Kingdom is within you.

I am going through this right now.

I keep asking what country, what place will I go, where will be my Shangri-La, where family counts, and love lasts.

I am concluding that Shangri-La must be born and cultivated within me.

It starts with me.

Poor guy. He's a guy with a broken heart. You will get your heartbroken abroad too as well if you are not careful.
