I skipped ahead on this a bit. It looks like 'to catch a predator', but the guy pooped in a diaper. Did he actually do something illegal in regard to little kids in this case, or did he just go there to poop in a diaper? Maybe they should call it 'to catch a poopator'.

If he was going there to poop and not molest some kid (and I don't know because I don't want to watch it) what could they charge him with? Illegal dumping?

If you watched the video through he was there for solicitation of sex with a minor. He just happened to wear diapers and took a shit when the time came to meet the minor. Then Alex Rosen walks in...
