This. The Western workplace drives out rational people and selects for the insane, feminist, SJW types. It's the same thing that happens, with, say, the police. And this is why saying, "they aren't all bad!" isn't a logical argument. These days if you work in the West at any level you have to assume that everyone there is your enemy, since in effect, they are.

Amen to that. Only 20% of psychopaths are in prison. They forgot to mention politicians.
