I saw a video with a Dr. claiming that this is exactly why the the courts overturned the affirmative action ruling in colleges recently. There are all kinds of problems with the Dr. qualifications they are turning out today. The Dr. was saying the medical field today is not turning out the best and brightest at all and the quality of Dr.s is suffering badly... Most blacks do not have the qualifications to be Dr.s at all under the old school credential education model of the past.

There are some blacks who are qualified but not many, the average Dr. IQ of the past was like 120 I believe for medical Dr.. In physics my stepfather claimed in his 40 years of teaching they never once in Astronomy graduated a black with a doctorate degree at the state university but the average IQ for that is like 135.

This guy's leg was bouncing up and down under a blanket? Maybe the evidence is stronger than presented in the news article. But just imagine if a man had to scratch, adjust an erection he got after he held hands with his girlfriend, or he did just bounce his leg up and down, and got arrested for this. That would be pretty awful. A 14-year-old girl may not know what a man looks like when he is masturbating. If there is no real evidence, why drag a man's name through the mud? It's kind of like the me-too thing where there were some real perpetrators, but a man's name could be dragged through the mud just because he was accused.

There was a senator or congressmen arrested for soliciting sodomy when his foot was too far over under the stall next to his. The evidence seemed slim. I didn't see him give an angry speech threatening to sue for defamation, which might have worked politically since that is what a normal non-sodomy-solicitor might want to do, but lawyers would have said say nothing for the sake of the court case.
