What is it you think this executive order says that's relevant to this topic? Feel free to cite the section -- the EO is online and anyone can read it. All you have linked is some yahoo spouting off about encroaching governmental power (a thousand pardons if the yahoo is you).

Governments have had the power to seize real property owned by private citizens for public purposes ever since the founding of this country. It's called eminent domain. Obama, like Bush before him, is doing everything he can to expand the powers of the executive in "wartime." Since the US is always in "wartime" now, it is high time for a constitutional challenge to this encroachment of the executive. The constitutional amendment prohibiting government from requiring the quartering of soldiers during war seems like a good place to start to address your concerns. But all of your articulated concerns -- government seizing real property for war purposes, the US dollar sinking dramatically, and the US declaring bankruptcy -- have no grounding at all in current reality.

You rent when it's cheaper to rent than to buy.
It's not hard.
I disagree, on the grounds that the US currency is currently being devalued at an enormous rate. The US will be bankrupt again by September or October of this year, right before the coming election there will be another US credit downgrade if not sooner.
I put my money where my mouth is. I just bought my 3rd investment property in Riverside county, a 2 bed 2 bath SFR fixer for $98k with 25% down. The mortgage is $380/mo and the house will rent for ~$1200/mo. If I made a mistake and bought in California instead of Taiwan, then I will suffer the consequences. Obviously, I do not believe that there would be an "enormous devaluation of the dollar" this year.

Just to be clear, please define "enormous".

Read: Executive Order 12630, 13406.

The Federal Government is not the primary abusers of eminent domain. That falls on the local governments, where city governments have been known to use eminent domain to take property for private economic development purposes. That is, taking your house so they can bulldoze it and build a mall to generate tax revenue.
