On the general economy, seems like all correct - nothing getting better till banksters and Zionist warmongers have simmered down a bit, stopped stealing quite so much, made cuts, brought troops home.....

But on Southern California real estate, it has bottomed and is rising. Buy now, if you live here and plan to stay 2 years or more. Interest rates will never be this low again. Prices either, in dollar terms. Borrow 30 year fixed (no matter how hard it is), and buy something in a safe neighborhood.
