Silver is all the way up to $21.22 after trading between $19 and $21 for weeks. The "tear" is that it went from the low $19's to a little over $21.

It was over $30 this time last year.

I know there are plenty of sources for historical paper prices. That's like official CPI numbers.
Are there any sources for tracking physical/retail prices? a/k/a a "shadow stats" version of metals prices.
