How to monitor foreign properties.

Ok, so let's say I wanted to buy a foreign property and turn in into a vacation rental, what would be a good way of keeping a good eye on the place.

Contract with a property manager just like many people do in the US. Many real estate agents do that on the side.

Yeah, a property manager will manage the property so you won't have to constantly monitor it.

If you want to be even more hands free with your rental property, hiring virtual assistants for many of your tasks will help, that's how a lot of rich real estate investors do it.
