but I do it in the legal financial markets.
You mean the ZOG casino gulag as Max Keiser likes to put it.
Yeah, it's a little unseemly to look down on someone working hard for a living from the vantage point of making money on inflating stock prices and real estate. For years stocks have been grotesquely over-valued, and the only reason prices have continued to rise is the Fed's scam of keeping interest rates at rock bottom (penalizing savers) so that the corporate crooks can buy back their own stock and fraudulently inflate the price.
A similar scam has been underway for years in real estate -- the banks lend more and more money on houses so that the prices continue rising beyond the ability of the economy and of many borrowers to sustain. So ever more money gets transferred to the financial sector through interest payments, and eventually much of the housing stock as well when borrowers are unable to keep up payments. Read Michael Hudson if you want to know something about the financial sector's takeover of the economy, crowding out the revenue share of both the working economy and government.
Both of these scams -- the ethnic origins of which we won't go into -- are absolutely disastrous for the American economy, and bragging about taking advantage of them isn't a good look.
You people who lay the platitudes -- "hard work'" "grit," etc. -- on Cornfed, do you think he and everyone else here haven't heard them a million times? It's what the culture teaches us to think and say, and to accept the planted axiom they contain, which is that if you have a problem it's always personal, never a social problem. But the basic premise of this website is exactly the opposite of that. It's about social criticism. That's what Cornfed is engaged in, albeit in a way not intended to ingratiate himself with everyone, to put it mildly. You can judge him if you feel that's your prerogative, but realize that every time you try to shut off thought and discussion with the standard platitudes you violate the spirit of the website, which is supposed to be about free thought and free speech.
