In this latest outrage Gillette has made an ad directed by some bimbo diversity quota hire devoted entirely to promoting the hatred of white men. Until recently anyone working for a company misusing company funds to push a political agenda at the expense of profits would be fired immediately, but now this crap is the norm. How can this happen? The only explanation I can think of is that communism under the guise of capitalism already exists. Large corporations are essentially government departments of the ZOG and will be propped up provided they push the party line whereas heretics will be suppressed, no matter how popular their products are. Financial mechanisms are just for show. We now have a command economy.

This is partly true, but in the past there has been some administrative difference to capitalism that led to some incentives that had some advantages. However, these differences seem to have disappeared while superficially remaining.

From what I gather, communism was about controlling people & controlling resources (or, rather, controlling people theriugh controlling resources- since someone needs them to do things). THAT I notice a lot of. Usually it's under the banner of the "rights" of the person that's the proprietor (always so concerned about someone's freedom & the level of oppression that's aimed at them- I wonder if someone decides that the people that drive on the road that someone else built are oppressing the builder by not giving them their care or following their commands).

It frequently seems like the idea is the the person should have full control over their property, so that means that they decide what the environment is for their product. They'll at minimum not "sell" the product- they'll lease it to someone, to continue deciding how the property is used. Maybe a partial abolition of leases is a solution.

She is wrong , it all has to do with property rights. The party members own their stuff and pay no taxes on it where as the rest of us are renter surfs of what little we have access to.

You are very right as well. Homeownership is a myth in the United States. You may spend 30 years paying the mortgage, looking forward to your last mortgage payment where you think you own your house outright then. You could never be more wrong. You have not bought the house to own at all! Instead, you have only bought the permission to rent that house and the parcel of land it sits on. More deceitfully, the government tricks everyone into believing the myth by calling them "property taxes." Wake up, people! Property taxes ARE NOT taxes at all! They are property RENTS! To be more precise, property taxes are rents of land used for public purposes! And like the rent you pay for an apartment, "property taxes" oh, pardon me, the rents of land used for public purposes keep going up every year. The term "property taxes" is but a mask and a deceitful cover for what is really going on. And Americans are too scared to take the mask off and reveal the real truth lest they cause nationwide Martial law and a military lockdown, or they are so deceived that they believe they are just taxes and are a way of life. Until they reach retirement and after they finish spending 30 years paying off the mortgage. If property values drop, the Government simply raises the millage rates even to where your property value could drop by $1,000 but your rents of land could shoot up by $500. The government is also your landlord, too. You have to get an expensive permit to build on the parcel of land you are renting from the government, and then your rents of land go way up. Fall behind on your rents of land ("property taxes") even years after you have paid off the mortgage and the government and state will evict you, make you homeless, and order a "sale" to get their money. 30 years of paying a mortgage down the drain, all for nothing. No money back or anything; you have just wasted 30 years and about $125,000 of your hard earned money just to end up homeless because of a Gestapo-like communist government that owns every single square inch of the land in the country and has reduced us all to brainwashed serfs. And there is no Section-8 voucher or subsidy by HUD to lower your rents of land, either. Your rents of land are not levied based on ability to pay or if the property you reside in generates any income. They are levied based on the fact that the King owns and operates every square inch of land in the country he rules, as well as every single structure attached to the land, and you are borrowing a parcel of his property to live in.
