There has been much speculation about societal collapse, but we no longer have to wait because it is here now
Lebanon is defined as a nation state but operationally it is actually run by war lords. This is a real time example of societal collapse. Basic services such a trash pick up, water, power are minimally or not provided at all by the virtually non existent central government.

The masses around the planet decided to breed like cock roaches with no plan or regard for what it meant long term, the best thing would be for our rulers to have a way to mercifully dispose of the majority to make things better for the long run.

People in general are animals and should be treated as such.
