If somebody is fat, they SHOULD exercise more and eat less, because it's unhealthy to be fat.
But western women seem to think this doesn't apply to them.
Western society is gynocentric (it is centered around women) and fat women are celebrated. It is an unhealthy path.

Society moves the goal post of female obesity just to make women feel good about themselves, until obese women are considered "normal weight".
Men still grovel at the feet of obese women and are scared of offending them due to PC nonsense and propaganda which says that women shouldn't be judged for their bodies and blah blah blah. But there is nothing about this for men, even though these very same women judge men for their bodies (and their wallets).
See the Dove "love my body" campaign, where they use obese women as models:

Notice there is nothing empowering for men in this campaign (and neither should there be, because obesity shouldn't be normalized).
It is nothing but female entitlement.
