Just get a wife that's naturally sterile, and then you can have all the unprotected sex you want. No need to tie your balls in a knot.

If you want kids go adopt one for crying out loud. I really don't understand why men have the such an egotistical urge to "continue their bloodline." Why bring another human into this hell-like planet? You're going to subject your own son or daughter to a great deal of suffering by bringing them into this world. Also, let's be brutally honest. Children are a big financial drain. If you have the funds, just adopt a kid. By doing so you'll probably save the world from one less criminal degenerate.
